Every project begins with a discovery call. This is where we discuss your goals, challenges, and vision, and confirm that we’re the right fit. From there, I’ll recommend the core scope that makes sense for your business model e.g. (Product/Service/Restaurant etc) and tailor the scope if needed.
Step 3: Client Portal / Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
You’ll receive access to your personal client portal, where everything you need will be kept in one place. From there, you’ll complete a detailed brand questionnaire, which I’ll use to craft your bespoke Brand Strategy document. Once the strategy is in place, I’ll present creative direction options and build visual direction boards that sets the tone and aesthetic for your project. This makes sure we’re aligned before I move into the design stage.
Step 4: Design & Development
Here’s where your brand identity, packaging, or experience takes shape. Every element is crafted to connect with your ideal customer and hold its weight in the real world.
Step 5: Refinement
Two refinement rounds are included after the initial brand presentation has been sent over. This keeps the process collaborative while ensuring the final outcome feels polished and aligned with your vision.
Step 6: Launch-Ready Delivery
You’ll walk away with a complete, cohesive brand system: final files, brand guidelines, and assets specific to your industry. Whether it’s packaging ready for shelves, menus ready to print, or service assets ready to share, everything is designed for execution, not just presentation.
Step 7: Ongoing Support (Optional)
For founders who want a long term partnership, I offer creative direction add-ons, like photoshoot direction, interior styling launch support, or consultancy, to help you roll out your brand with consistency and confidence.
